It’s difficult being a first time home buyer in this market because, there are so many more hoops to jump through in order for your offer to be the most attractive to the seller. Bryan Anfinson has been in real estate since 2015. He graduated with a BA in Communications from the University of South Dakota in 2007. Outside of real estate Bryan is involved with being a board member / chapter founder for 100+ Men Who Care: Sioux Empire Chapter, Sioux Falls Home Builders Association, Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce YPN, fundraising for the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire - Realtors for Kids and volunteering with the Sioux Falls area MS Society.
